Delivery costs include packaging as well as postage costs.
There is a fixed rate of postage depending on geographical location, please choose the region from: UK, rest of Europe, US & Canada, Australia & NZ.
The postage rate is fixed for any number of items, so is best value when ordering multiple items at a time.
All items are sent using appropriate packaging and are well protected, however it is not possible to protect against all eventualities, in the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods please contact us using the 'contact us' form at the top of the page providing details and photos of the damaged items.
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase you are within your rights to return the goods for a refund, provided this is done within the time limits and in such manner as defined by UK Customer Protection legislation.
